I only need to contact Caravan Guard once a year to renew my insurance and every time the automated message puts me through to someone within a minute or so. Once through the operator listens responds to my wishes and is effiicnet in completing the business and call, without unnecessary waffle, extended explanations of terms and condition (that no-one hears anyway), or sales pitches.
