The whole process was flawless and it was easy to connect to customer care services who offered excellent support. For instance when I went to pick my car it was a Saturday and there was an issue confirming the payment had made to the bank, the customer service facilitated the transfer and this was very helpful. I switched my car finance from another company, and Carmoola handled everything! They were so helpful, really efficient and couldn't of made the transition easier for me. I found getting car finance with Carmoola very straight forward and easy. The app is also very easy and interesting. It shows how long you have left of your finance, how much of your car you’ve paid off and it’s even allows you name your car. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
