Approachable, kind and supporting, normal, down to earth, non judgemental staff. Couldn't get anywhere without the staff. it took me a while to understand loans but the staff wrote it down and explained everything to me with time and consideration. Thank you. Credit union saved me, that 1st loan I ever got saved me, to be accepted so quickly when I was in the ditch with my daughter, It was Christmas time and I hadn't bought one present. My friend recommended credit union and now ive been with them years. Even have a saving pot - ive never saved money in my life but knowing its there keeps me safe. Ive struggled with uniform and holidays, so I rang Credit Union one day and the advisor said would you like to take some money out your savings, i just sat and cried, again I was saved by this company and I am so thankful. Great Loan Experience and Excellent Customer Service

I’ve had a great experience with this credit union. They have been very helpful throughout the loan process and made everything simple and stress-free. The customer service is excellent, and the staff always keeps you informed about where your loan is in the process. They are friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions. Really helped me to consolidate my finances helping...

Really helped me to consolidate my finances helping me to free up money when I needed it in a change of circumstances. Better than a bank feel it's much safer and better customer experience. Staff are helpful in understanding what is the best options. I was even told paying a little more of loan each month will help reduce interest I pay on loan.
