2 years with central Liverpool

I've been with central Liverpool for just over 2 years now.They have been fantastic, start to finish. Always been transparent and helpful. I have told a few friends to join when they have been looking for a CU. I appreciate they also do a lot for our community. Reviewed on: 19th June 2025

Brilliant experience

Always had a positive experience with credit union. Staff are friendly and professional, great customer service and loan agreements are fair no silly repayments there online service and applying for a loan is simple to use and easy to navigate, it's alittle harder to try and call but much easier to use the online service and they also have an online chat so makes things alot easier when you have any inquiries All round positive experience Reviewed on: 19th June 2025

Credit union has been my saviour being a single parent. I have been with them for over 20 plus years and they are Amazing. I have had my family and friends join over the years. Great service. If I did t have credit union i dont know what I would have done at times. Their staff are also amazing and you get to know them all, they are always there to help and support in any way they can.
