I LOVE Chase

I love Chase. They’re fantastic for daily spending. I love the cashback offer, the savings rates, the round up feature and the integration with Nutmeg. Customer service is also beyond great via phone and chat. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

It has been a pleasant experience banking with Chase compared with my previous bankers. Chase warn you before a Direct debit becomes due, and it is easy to transfer money between accounts. Getting access to the precise information is usually easy. Interest is calculated on those interest bearing accounts on a proper basis and with no fees for the account applicable. The best and only bank to use!

Chase are quick and effective to deal with questions through their app. It makes me feel confident that any problems would be dealt with safely and giving priority to their customers. Chase also offer great incentives through the 1% cashback which I utilise every month. It’s great that I can use my card abroad with no additional costs too. Chase offers great value for money.

Chase offers great value for money, a competitive interest rate on savings accounts and their 1% cashback is a great incentive. The app is super easy to use, and visualises all my spending and saving so I always know how I’m tracking throughout the month and year. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
