Everything about Chase is simple, including using the card, the Chase app, and contacting the customer service team. What I like about Chase bank is that the Chase card is significantly different from other bank cards in that it is very easy to check card details on the Chase app, manage the card on the app, and when requesting for a new card, it takes few days to be delivered.
