Chase are so easy to deal with.

Chase are so easy to deal with. I have had a few issues with companies setting up unauthorised payment withdrawals - Chase customer services were amazing, they helped me sort the problems within minutes of contacting them. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

I switched from Lloyds because they were rubbish.

I transferred from Lloyds because their customer service was appalling. In less than the time it took me to get through to a human customer relations operative at Lloyds (to complain again about poor service!)
