Account opening was very easy and well explained.

Account opening was very easy and well explained. App is user friendly in general and easy to see recent transactions as well as cashback earned. The option to be able to copy your card details is really useful. I particualry like the round up feature which puts the excess from a transaction into a savings pot which has a competitive interest rate and I find this builds up very quickly and is always a nice surprise when viewed. Transferring between accounts whether rewards or savings is very straightforward. Have yet to require help from customer service but from hearing from other people all their issues have been resolved quickly in a friendly professional manner. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
