A breath of fresh air

Communication has been super clear; the app is easy to use and never has downtime; and rewards and interest rates are really good. I've used email and chat for questions and got quick, clear answers. The only downside is that other platforms (like Amex) don't list Chase for bank transfers yet. But I'm sure they will soon. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

I was recommended by my best friend and have been with Chase since May 2024. I've nothing but a positive experience during this time.
