I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent service, helped me and given excellent advice on saving and investments, chase regularly updates me with new ways to save, chase is the most excellent bank I have ever used and as a new customer I am very pleased for all of their help. Great app

The app works brilliantly for day to day banking it is great that they don't charge FX fees on foreign transactions. However, I have had problems making online payments abroad using my card, with payments to well known companies rejected several times despite repeated calls to customer service to clear the payments. Seems the IT overrides the human input!! Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
