Great bank

Very reliable and quick service. Good customer service very helpful with any issues I have had. Very accessible to ask for help. I love the app, very straightforward to use. The only thing I would say is finding my bank statements a little tricky. I have found them now but took a bit of guess work. All in all though a very good banking service. Their debit card is great for travelling.

Their debit card is great for travelling. I’ve travelled Australia and NZ with no currency converter issues. I have called them from the UK with a quick question and spoke to someone immediately who was able to give me an answer. Chase Bank make life as easy as it should be where my money is concerned.
