I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I rate Chase as the best bank!

Chase staff are always there. When I have had cause to contact customer service I have found a first class service with issues resolved politely and professionally. I have confidence in the bank and their ability to look after not only my money, but also any issues that might arise. I love the cash back and the round up initiatives. Best c/a I've ever had!

App so easy to use and setting up notifications aids financial planning. Used in the US and excellent exchange rate. Easy to set up separate savings accounts with individual goals. Cashback on food and petrol adds up each month. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
