A Brilliant Bank

We get 1% cash back on purchases and savings rates are very competitive. They also do a thing called round up it’s like a saving brilliant. When you call they answer in a couple of minutes instead of hanging on the phone for ages.we were involved in a scam against us they sorted it out in a couple of weeks and got a full refund. Great perks and great customer service

As well as offering cash back on debit card purchases, great rates on foreign purchases, good savings rates and 'round up savings', their customer service when I really needed them was impeccable; polite, quick responses and continued communication via updates on an issue I had on a purchase. Pretty Much a Perfect Bank.

Great app and cashback is very welcome. Easy to deposit money in and set up payments. Linked savings account is a bonus. Debit card looks classy and secure without any information on it. Integration with Apple Pay is seamless. A complicated account made simple. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Absolutly love Chase Bank!

Absolutly love Chase Bank! I am in the process of making it my main bank and using it alone. I have been a member since the first few months that it came to the UK. I love the cashback offers, but also the interest rates offered in savings account.
