Straightforward App, clear and easy to use. Debit card with no account details feels safer then other banks cards. Account updated immediately and alert sent on phone screen after spending or refund so always aware of movement on the account. Cashback. Customer service fast to respond and efficient. Chase does everything its says on the tin. If you want an easy, clear look on where financial intakes and out takes goes and improve them. Ithe best decision ive ever made

It took me a while to get the confidence to change to chase. Its the best decision I've ever made regarding looking after my money. I know exactly where my money is going and can save for different things, eg holidays, car repairs, I also have a 'rainy day' part in my account.
