Just excellent

I phoned customer service on an occasion when a shop was being difficult. The staff on the phone guided me through every step and listened to me when I was quite stressed at the time. problem solved within 30 mins . Great customer service and features

The 1% cashback is what drew me to Chase but since then I have found their customer service to be incredible. The app is easy to use and I love the Round Up feature. You don’t notice the pennies adding up but they do and you don’t feel the difference. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024
