I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent bank

Love this bank, used them for a year now and can only praise them. The only complaint I have is that they don’t do cash transactions at the moment - can withdraw but can’t deposit, but hoped, that will be incorporated soon Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

About Customer journey

The overall experience is great with Chase ,considering it is a virtual bank ,it did what it needed to, bringing out cashback is an attractive offer. One of the thing I would like chase to improve is having an editable category of money spend ,to allow user to edit the category without default would improve money spending record.
