I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Chase customer service - second to none!

When on the few occasions I have had to contact Chase for assistance I have received respectful, efficient excellent service. On one occasion I thought some suspicious activity had taken place on my account. Chase customer service explained what had happened, what I had done and gave me confidence and reassurance that all was good and there had been no security breach.
