The experience of banking with chase has been stress free and the interest rewards are second to none Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Good but not for everyone

Decent experience so far with good rewards like 1% Cashback and round up savings account. However because there are no physical stores, depositing cash and some instant bank transfers are tricky. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Have been scammed

Have been scammed for a lot of money, Chase were not without blame but Financial Ombudsman didn't agree completely. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Very happy with Chase

I have been with Chase for a couple of years and they are a breath of fresh air. The banking app is so easy to use and communication is great. I can’t fault Chase at all. Will definitely be staying with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Very secure, reliable and efficient.

Chase have a very secure process for opening an account. This gives me great confidence when I'm using my chase current account or paying with my chase debit card. Spend notifications are instantaneous so I can confidently decline receipts for smaller purchases to save on paper usage. The communication I receive is timely and relevant. Best in class

Excellent customer services which is 24/7 and the quality of call centres are great. They get my problems sorted every time. Good and simple savings management and easy finance incentives such as cash back and round up accounts. Would definitely recommend Chase to friends and family. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
