I LOVE Chase

Giant JPM behind a Neo bank

Using traditional banks is always a bad user experience. They are very old fashion and it takes a long time to have something new. In the other hand, Neo banks are great in terms of customer experience, but I wouldn’t trust all my savings to them, Chase is a combination of both - great mobile app and I feel safe with my money. Chase are a great new bank with good rewards and a nice approaxh

I got chase when they came out and their rewards and referral program were unbeatable, support is good, functionality as a bank leaves a bit to be desired for traditional banking reliability such as applying for mortgages, open banking API’s for money managers and other financial aid and services, but support has been helpful but when it goes wrong you are limited to how you interact with them as it’s a app based bank if it goes wrong which it has for me support haven’t been able to solve it for whatever reason which is very concerning. App is nicely designed could have more functionality and the card is on point. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

A bank for the people!

The cash bank on personal spend is an amazing incentive. The savings rate is good and the overall function of the app is very easy to use, quick and has never let me down. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Try it

Chase is a great bank with supportive and excellent customer service. The 1% cash back just made it even better and the saving account is just beyond expected. You don’t even need to make it your main if you’re not sure whether you want to commit, I use Lloyds along with chase. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
