Mostly pros, with a couple cons

Fab customer service fab savings rate

In terms of customer service - I needed a bank statement for work with a new address before the next statement date. The team helped me find a solution and we’re friendly/understanding of what the problem was. I went to two othe r banks that I bank with first and they simply said no can’t do and did not press further or even sympathise with the situation.. Plus. The savings rate is fab.
