Great customer service

When I had to transfer a large sum of money, I was told to call and confirm that I agreed. Usually this can be a long hold on the phone, but their service was quick and easy and resolved instantly. Great that they check this for fraud. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great interest rates

The interest rates are always increasing which is great. I also love that they offer the cash back on debit purchases - helps you accumulate money without having to do anything. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

5* bank in all aspects

I have a chase current and savings account which I have held for over a year. The savings account was very easy to set up, the interest rate is great. Transferring money between accounts and to others is seamless and easy. The customer service is also wonderful, quick to speak to someone, very helpful. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
