Respectful customer service and good incentives for saving.

A few months back, I had an issue with a transaction that required the assistance of customer services. With Chase, they exceeded my expectations by not only communicating to me as someone who is intelligent, but also they kept the customer service ticket open for a prolonged period, returning to discuss the matter as it progressed over several days; never once did I need to chase this issue, but instead they chased it up with me. Chase by name, Chase by Nuture

I intially opted for Chase due the reputation they have built up over many years. The process to apply for a current account was seamless, speedy and safe. Once the account was operational it exceeded my expectations and I naturally took up the option of the savings account.
