Best Digital Banking

Brilliant Service

Since having my Chase accounts, it has made a difference to my banking experience, no more going to high street banks and waiting for hours to be served. My transactions are swift and easy to make. Great support

Had a few issues with setting up the app on a new phone. Customer support was excellent. Quick and efficient, felt like a real human being rather than a chat bot (I've no actual idea if it was a real human or a very good chat bot) The app is excellent and easy to navigate (my issue was my own fault as I tried to install the American version rather than UK) Very happy with Chase overall.
