Existing loyal customers shafted!!!

After being a loyal customer for 5 years with plenty of saving invested with Chase they cut my intrest rate to 2.5% but offering new customers 4.25%. That’s what loyalty gets you with Chase. Disgusting. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
