Chase Bank savings account: so simple to use!

My Chase Bank savings account is so simple to use via the app. I love that the savings account has such a great introductory 12-month rate AND it's easy access with unlimited withdrawals. It means I can withdraw to my current account as needed, with no penalties, and I'm incentivized to top it back up when I'm able to. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Chase have won the race to app supremacy!

Chase have undoubtedly had the best banking app I have used. Everything is so clear and concise, and I have never once known the app freeze or corrupt in any way. Other apps have occasionally had these issues which have had to be resolved by deleting the app and then having the inconvenience of uploading ID or selfies or whatever. Not what I need when all I want to do is transfer some money or pay a bill! So, in my opinion the lack of inconvenience due to substandard app makes Chase my number one winner. Rates have been marginally lower than elsewhere sometimes, but I believe knowing an app will work when you need it outweighs a little bit of extra interest every month. Chase have always been super easy to use.

Great customer service

I have not experienced a long wait time when contacting customer service with a query and they always answer my questions clearly and it’s more reassuring to speak to someone when you have a money worry rather than looking up FAQ, etc. And the interest rate is ok too, much better when I joined 5 years ago though!
