Tempting interest rate and friendly customer service

The interest rate of saving account is high, much more than Chase’s competitor so attract customers to choose it. Customer service is good and prompt. I’m new to the chase bank but cannot rate it highly enough, interest rates are fantastic which is a breath of fresh air after dealing with high street banks for so long, the app is very easy to use and support is there if you need it, i was always a bit hesitant about using online banking but sorry i didn’t start years ago, i would recommend the chase bank to anyone. Best Banking Service 2025!

Savings has always been a massive struggle for me, but with Chase Savings , I've managed to save so easily, and will continue banking with Chase for the foreseeable future. It's very easy to transfer into savings which is very useful , out of sight but still there safely, I know that I will be in good hands when I move out for my Masters ! Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
