Not so happy with the service

When I asked about an account and the amount I want to put in. I was told I could! I opened the account and I was unable too. I was limited to putting 20k per day! If your staff do not know they should not lie to a Customer! Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

I’ve had a really smooth and positive experience with Chase.The app is super easy to use, fast, and reliable. Everything from opening an account to managing my money has been hassle-free. Their customer support is quick to respond and very helpful whenever I’ve had a question. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into making banking simple and convenient.
