Customer support are excellent

I transferred some money, and qhen I looked for it I couldn’t locate it in the app so I contacted Chase, and a very nice calm woman told me to look in my savings account, where i found it ( it was my mistake, I had thought I had put it into my current account, the staff support is absolutely excellent A1 Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Chase are the best for savings

Chase are the best for savings they have mastered the banking experience for savings and have made it easier than never before they have done an outstanding job and i believe saving is so much easier with chase. My money feels the most secure it has ever been and the savings process is so simple and everything is so clear so i know what i’m doing and i know where everything is.
