Chase are very responsive to interest rates.

Chase are very responsive to interest rates in BOTH directions, fairly applying rate increases at the same speed they apply decreases in response base rate changes. Unlike most other banks who are very quick to reduce rates on savings accounts, but very slow to increase them. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Deposit Rate margins now 1.5% below base. Disappointing

Rateson Deposit accounts have been slowly cut from 1% under Base to 1.5% under base, which is dissapointing, however, free withdrawals and simple bank to bank fast transfers direct from savings accounts without having to nominate ab account to transfer to is excellent and way better than most competitors Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
