Better saving account interest rates available elsew...

Better saving account interest rates available elsewhere but very convenient to be able to transfer money instantly to current account so no need to keep much money earning no interest in current account. They sometimes make it very difficult to send money to a new beneficiary and I have often had to transfer the money first to my regular bank and then make the payment from there.
