Fantastic Overall online bank.

Cannot fault the simplicity of opening the account, setting up different savings to within it and the easy contact options for customer service. The narrative on the app is clear and simple to follow and hen you do nee to speak to a human they answer promptly and have always been helpful, supportive and understanding. I love the monthly interest payments as you can set clear goals. The introductory bonus rate is very competitive, the only point I could say is a better rate for regular savers would be another incentive. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
