Money control

Never had any problems with Chase in the 4/5 years I have banked with them, but if I have questions about my account, there is always someone ( real person ) at the end of the phone to help. The interest has mostly been ahead of other banks plus cashback and roundup are fantastic little saving treats. Having Chase at arms length has been a game changer for me , I pay my bills in seconds and with ease. I will stay with them for as long as they want me. I am not computer savvy at the wrong side of 65, but I feel it with Chase! Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
