The account has a variable interest rate and you can make withdrawals whenever you like. There are no fees or charges and you can open up to ten Chase saver accounts with each one earning interest.

I undtizenerstand why banks, including Chase, give better rates of interest to attract new customers, but more thought should be given to existing customers and to retain their loyalty with similar rates of interest.
