Outstanding bank

Outstanding service. The app is very easy to use, very user friendly. I have had no issues using the app so far and I’ve been a long client. Always recommend this app to friends & family for their holiday bank account. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

competitive rates

Chase has a competitive rate unlike most banks and that's on an instant access saver account. It pay interest monthly which I like and is linked to the bank of England's base rate which they are quick to put up or down unlike most uk banks. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

Cashback was great until minimum monthly pay-in

Cashback was great until minimum monthly pay-in of £1500 was mandated. No international fees is also really good. I like that everything is managed in the app. However, given the racist, misogynist, ableist disaster the United States is rapidly becoming, I may cancel as the bank is US-owned. Unethical, incompetent and unprofessional.

opened a high interest savings account. they put my £80,000 into a no interest current account. obviously a mistake mine or theirs but refused to put it right. incompetent they saved paying me a bit of interest about £800 but lost my £80,000 for the foreseeable future.
