Best app

It's a digital bank without a branch, so I thought it would be scary if there was a problem, but there was no need to worry. The reliability, service, and app speed are also great. Average interest rates, but easy to use.

The Chase savings offering started off great, offering over 5% interest. However, as time went on it kept dropping to now 2.25%. They occasionally offer 'boosts' to existing account, but very rarely as they seem to prioritise new customers with better introductory rates. Aside from interest rates, the account is really simple to manage, tranfers are quick, and the app is fairly intuitive. I was hesistant at the start, coming from a high-street bank, but the mobile app has never caused any issues and it has always been intuitive and quick. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
