Mobile App features are user friendly and excellent.

Mobile App features are user friendly and excellent. Interest rates are much better than other bank. Interest rate are inline with BOE and straight they pass on to customers. Cashback and round-up schemes are amazing. Customer service are good and quick. My majority of queries resolved in max few minutes. I love their Chat option in customer service.
