I love my Chase app, current accounts & saving accounts ‘pots’, it is so easy to open as many as needed and to manage them month by month within the app. Money transfer times are a matter of minutes. Easy to use. Nice monthly interest on savings.

Easy to use. App only is a challenge so older relatives are reluctant to take it up. Making large payments can be a challenge for anti money laundering so tend to find it more convenient to move to a different bank to send a bacs. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great Bank

Since opening my account I have found chase to have great products and competitive interest rates which suit my needs. The website is easy to use and informative. On the one occasion when I needed to speak to someone, my call was answered promptly and the member of staff was extremely helpful and professional. So I am very pleased with the service thus far. What i love about Chase is the security and customer service. I can instant message or call a rep from Chase 24/7 if any issues arise which puts me so at ease.
