I only wanted a savings account....

I opened a savings account, but all the money went into a current account, and only after a month did I realise I wasn't earning any interest. This as very disappointing, and I have experience of other banks informing me when my money isn't working to its full potential. I never wanted a current account either. Fantastic Bank

I opened up a chase bank account last year on the recommendation from a friend due to the interest rate on the savings acc, this was very easy to do, I’ve had no issues with it, had to call customer service with a query, call handler was very helpful and polite, customer service was exceptional, I definitely won’t be changing banks again, very very happy customer.
