Chase bank is a great bank

Good communication with clients but not too much to the point where it becomes annoying, the set up process of making both a current savings account were seamless, excellent interest rates in the savings account, great app - easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. I have yet to have a problem with my current or savings account so I cannot speak to the customer service but if it is like the rest of my experience with Chase I'm sure it will be equally brilliant. Outstanding app based and customer service from Chase.

Outstanding app based and customer service from Chase. The savings rate they offer have always been competitive - even when rates were 0.25%, Chase offered 1.5% which was several times higher than anyone else. The app is really easy to use, has really useful alerts whenever there is any activity and i think it makes me feel safest of all the online financial services ive used. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Online banking app: Savings review

I only have experience using their online banking app which has been brilliant to navigate, and provides excellent means for the user to clearly prioritise saving money. In particular, I love that the app allows me to nickname savings accounts because it helps to motivate me to save money for long-term use. The only difficulty I have on the app is that I do not know how to delete a savings account once it’s use has expired. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
