If you decide to keep your subscription active after the 30-day free trial period ends, then the service does become an active subscription of £14.99 a month. Intuitive, fast and detailed - what else do you need?

It is a very intuitive site to use, very easy to get all the information in without too much fuss or too many details. The actual report is very detailed and actually, considering the amount of information, it is very fast to collate it all. The only thing I would say is that perhaps it's not so easy to see where to get all the detail behind the reviews - some things you expect to be clickable maybe are not, but this is minor and it just takes a couple extra minutes. Really comprehensive information

The comprehensive information given allowed me to successfully challenge an erroneous claim made by a credit provider. I took advantage of the free trial, but as I only needed the information as a one-off, cancelled the ongoing subscription. I would have been more than happy to pay a moderate one-off fee for the information obtained. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2024
