£410.91 out of pocket, let me explain! Single Parent moved house in February, didn't have anyone to help me build a wardrobe so bought one with Ikea via Cheddar along with Ikea's Taskrabbit assembly service. Ikea sent the wardrobe incomplete, then they sent damaged pieces, then they said replacements had to come from Sweden even though they were in the local store as that's where replacement parts come from! All this is taking weeks. Meanwhile their Taskrabbit aren't sorting out someone to build. Enough was enough, we needed to get out of this fiasco and so arranged for a refund on it all and the parts to be collected. Ikea gave a complete refund immediately owing to them being at fault. Cheddar are now in their third week looking into 'request progress'. I have evidenced to them what has happened, they can see the money is back on the card. They can keep the £12 they discounted it by. JUST PLEASE REFUND ME. I never want to buy a thing from Ikea again and cannot afford to be this much out of pocket. I am not to blame. In my view Cheddar is really only worth using for supermarkets if they are not prepared to refund in these no-blame situations. But then JamDoughnut would offer a better discount for supermarkets anyway! Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025

It’s great to check the app and realise you have saved money by having my bank accounts connected, the cashback really comes in handy in times of need, the best thing is it’s only money you would have spent anyway but you get money back from your purchases with most retailers and online stores! Can receive cashback instantly when you purchase a gift card instead of using your bank and usually receive a higher cashback rate from doing that too, also tells you where you’ve missed out on cashback if you could have saved by using a different payment method ect, it’s great, highly recommend Reviewed on: 17th March 2025

Great for easy cashback

Great for cashback, once I got used to the process of linking my bank account, paying for a cash back gift card and then using this to pay at the till, it has been great seeing my cash back building up. It's easy to withdraw it and I've managed to build up £100 in 7months from my usual shopping which I have transferred to a savings account. Reviewed on: 17th March 2025

I’m saving money every month
