Very attractive easy access savings account rate which is market competitive for its type. It was simple and quick to register with the bank in providing evidence of identity and authenticity. Electronic transfers to the account are visible after 2 hours. So far, my experience has been good - no snags at any stage. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Absence of app negates competitive interest rate

Chetwood offers a good saving rate which is the only reason I opened an account. The banking experience itself isn't great as they don't have an app so it's quite slow and clunky signing into the account. As it's not an app you can't use biometrics to sign in. You require an ID to sign in which slows down the login process when searching previous saved emails to find it. Overall not a great experience in comparison to other savings accounts such as Monument or Chase Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
