Can’t talk to them, customer service is awful

Tried contacting Chip but they have no telephone number, and only a web chat through the app. It’s not a real tine web chat as it takes a day for them to respond, so it’s impossible to have a coherent conversation with them especially if the response I get 1 day later is a scripted response not relevant to the issue I had. Due to the nature of the Chip app and the service we offer, our customer contact is mainly through our app-based chat (which can be found on the 'Profile' tab in-app) and our support email address [email protected]. Please do get in touch with us through one of these channels and we'll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. In regards to the chat, I can assure you that we have a full support team in place. I believe you may be referring to the automated responses that are given when you start a chat. These are just a way to help diagnose your issue and provide information before a member of the team picks it up to support you further. I apologise for any confusion there.
