Really positive experience with Chip Cash ISA. The information is clear, efficient, and always available, which makes everything straightforward. The app is easy to use and manage, and it’s great to have access to your money when you need it. On top of that, customer service has been very good whenever I’ve had a query. Highly recommended. I have recommend to everyone and will keep doing so

I find the chip account to be very user friendly and the customer service is great, especially with the information emails that get sent. It is clear Chip put their customers first and the emails are easy to understand. On the app it is easy to access information about other products they offer (I.e. stocks and shares, investments etc.) which are clear and simple to follow. Simple user experience and ecosystem.

Simple user experience and ecosystem. Convenient to have interest amounts calculated on a daily basis, and paid into your account on a monthly basis rather than by the year. Easy to transfer money from my bank account. Great addition of stocks & shares now too Reviewed on: 12th February 2026
