Chip offers a very efficient well explained service, no frills, clear explanations and good range of products . Easily accessible staff for any questions if necessary although the automated answers are very easy to navigate. Keep it up Chip, but remember There is always room for improvement! I love Chip!

I began using chip a few years ago. The iPhone app is very clear and easy to use and I like the fact that the interest is paid monthly. I have used the interest only account but now I’m using the instant access ISA that I’m very happy with. Good interest rates too. As I was so happy my wife uses chip as well.
