My experience with Clockwise Credit has been Amazing

My experience with Clockwise Credit Union has been amazing and mostly smooth when applying for a loan. The service provided when needing that bit of extra help during the application process was exceptional and helped ease any anxieties I had. Would definately recommend. Reviewed on: 31st May 2025

Grateful for help, but pressure is unfair

I have terrible credit and was accepted for a loan which pulled me out of a very miserable situation. Unfortunately the top up loan application glitched and the request amount changed with no way to alter it. Credit union then refused to amend this and I was told even if I declined the top up I would still have to wait 4 months to reapply. this is unhelpful if I decide to cancel until my mind was made up. There should be an option to decline, amend or withdraw applications and still be eligible to reapply at a later date Reviewed on: 31st May 2025
