Repay weekly, fortnightly or monthly with no fees if you choose to repay the full loan early. There’s an option to top up your loan after four months and support is available over the phone, online or in-branch.

I am so grateful that Clockwise was recommended to me by a friend a few years ago. I have been able to get back on my feet since leaving my ex husband, as the loans are so affordable especially for a low income single parent, I have been able to spread the cost & maintain more financial stability for my children and I. The loans are fair and the process is very straightforward and efficient. The customer service is also brilliant, and any messages/queries I have sent previously have always been dealt with promptly, so that the process is smooth. I also use the saving’s option as it allows you to save money out of your monthly agreed repayments & you have the chance to be entered into a prize draw as an added bonus. I also think they offer a lot of other beneficial services, promotions and offers available for customers e.g money/financial budgeting/debt advice & they regularly send emails to remind you of upcoming events/relevant information. Clockwise is a fantastic and affordable way for people like me to achieve better financial stability & as a customer it really feels as though Clockwise value their customers and give opportunity for those who might be refused elsewhere or would not be able to afford unfair interest repayments. 5 star lending service

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Happy to help even if turned away from other lenders. Better rates and terms than high street lenders. Ethical lending at affordable interest rates. Bad credit considered, on benefits also considered. Being able to have your benefits sent to your clockwise account helps assure them of your reliability to repay. Reviewed on: 8th May 2025
