Repay weekly, fortnightly or monthly with no fees if you choose to repay the full loan early. There’s an option to top up your loan after four months and support is available over the phone, online or in-branch.

A helpful hand in time of need

I needed to make house improvements having moved houses and I was short of cash. I applied for a loan and being new in the country I was not sure I would be successful but to my surprise, I got the exact amount I applied for with an affordable repayment amount and a generous payback period. Customer Service and online banking solutions

Dear Clockwise Team, I have been banking with Clockwise Credit Union for several years, and I have never encountered any difficulties with your customer service or products. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could apply for a loan online without the need for in-person visits, and the funds were transferred to my account in no time. The process is incredibly easy and stress-free. I also spoke with a few team members over the phone regarding my loan, and they were absolutely fantastic. The customer service was outstanding, communication was excellent, and the attention to detail was commendable. I sincerely hope that other banks and financial institutions will take inspiration from your exemplary system.
