Amazing company

Iv been with credit union since 2006,and had many loans,I normally all ways get my loan in time for Christmas each year,and then pay it of though the following year. Oct of 2022 I got a ccj against me,and unfortunately I got refused my chrismas loan,this caused alot of stress,and I ended up getting into debt with other loan companies that charge alot more,I fell into money problems and credit union was there to support me. Unfortunately iv still not been able to get enother loan since the ccj. Hopefully that will change fingers crossed. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

Years of service for my ups and downs

I highly recommend credit unions for its flexibility having a savings account and other accounts to assist me save separately whilst taking out multiple loans due to unforeseen expenses paid back appropriately. CU process to take out a loan and conversation email by email or over the phone are speedily completed or resolved. Having the app again enables me to monitor my repayments and spending The CU is more approachable and personal than a regular high street bank or building society. Fantastic Service Everytime!!

I haven't got the best credit history due to a relationship breakdown. At Credit Union they do look at your credit report but they also look into each person's finances. Credit Union helped me pay of debts and had a bit left over to do some home improvements. I will always chose this company before going elsewhere as the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thankyou!!
