Personal touch

Joini g this credit union was the best decision i made. Aswell as lending at competitive rates they offer a personal touch and care about you as an individual taking your circumstance into consideration before making a decision, well they did when they had a branch in mansfield and before the teamed up with lincoln credit union now its just another loan company, my last loan i literally had to haggle/beg for what i needed even though ive been a long standing customer and never missed a payment also they never explained i could withdraw my pledged from my previous loan and when i tried to withdraw said funds after i started a new loan because i lost my job and really needed it they didnt care, once again after alot of haggling/begging they released some of it. So used to be warm and caring now just another loan company, will still give full stars for just how warm and welcoming the mansfield branch made you feel. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023

Smooth and stress free ...I eould highly recommend the services to friends families and colleagues for a loan that is affordable and easy to pay back .Getting thr loan was not difficult unlike most banks it went through without difficulty . Easy friendly non judgmental

Low interest loan affordable

Credit Union has enabled me to travel, buy a new car and house improvements they have always treated me fairly and always look at my outgoings to ensure I do not incur finical difficulties. They are available to offer support and advice and are very approachable. I am extremely thankful to Credit Union and always encourage people to save with them, they are the best.
