Loans and credit score

I’ve been with credit union around 5-6 years first of all they loaned me money to consolidate my debts. Which I successfully managed to do. it appealed to me because I had a really poor credit score and they still loaned it me understanding my circumstances which in turn over the next few years improved my credit score massively I now have the best credit score I’ve ever had and it’s thanks to them for advising me well of how to improve it.
